David Daniels were fantastic , I urgently needed tenants in my property and they were very effective In Getting me tenants within 2 days. They were always there when I called, always polite and attentive. any requests I made were word on immediately. The accounts team have been just as good as the two Lee's in the office. Overall I rate them as excellent and I am a very happy customer.
Comment on agent fees
I paid 2% less than I was paying with my previous agents. Rent insurance was organized for me at ‚£100 year whereas previous agents it was ‚£40 month
