Unethical. Unprofessional. Dishonest. We had a 150 mile round trip to view a property which the agent showing us around then claimed to know nothing about. He told us a patch of fenced off land at the bottom of the garden was untitled when five minutes research online showed it belonged to the owners of the property. Two days later we discovered the house wasn't even available. A sale had been proceeding for months and a successful survey had been done 5 days prior to our visit. Having had previous experience of phone calls not being returned we were determined to get answers about how this had happened. We spoke to one of the directors who said he would call us back the following day. Needless to say he didn't.
