Annabel was our Property Manager who was very professional though friendly and approachable She kept us well informedin advance of any pending visits which coincided with our work 's schedule She was a skilled negotiator between the Landlord and us, especially when the washing machine broke down two weeks before Xmas with a quick successful replacement of same before Xmas.
She was a great organiser and follow-up all repair work done on the flat during our stay there .
