I came to swift sale because i was in trouble with my property and debts had risen, I am sceptical about anyone these days due to experiences. but I have to say, I have never felt so happy in all my life because of swift sale, only 3 months ago, I was in pure dire straits, losing everything I owned, walking away from my property with just a black bin bag of belongings left, tired of trying to keep a home, that i could no longer afford, even my family stood back and watched me at the bottom, I had no way out, no one to advise me, no one to help me, then I met swift sale, no matter what they gained, which is not much at all, they stood by me, guided me, worked for me, done everything beyond the call of duty to dig me out of the worst. called me every day, emailed me every day, and gave me the spirit that i needed, to get out of this mess. I have now sold, and surprisingly bought a house double the size in pure luxury, if i showed people the pics, you wouldnt believe me, but i am here, and i am back stronger, only because swift sale stood beside me and in front of me the whole way .
Swift sale, I want you to know, you are amazing group of people, and i will never be able to thank you enough, you made my life worth it all again, better than my family, Thank you for picking me up, God Bless all of you, Amazing people !! You saved me.

I had no fees to pay to Sales Swift. All costs apart from mandatory survey were covered by them.

I was happy to accept their offer on what was a fire-damaged property and when all the figures were available to me felt they all looked perfectly reasonable, they did a fantastic job for me and displayed the highest standards of integrity and professionalism at all times.

After initial alarm I can quite honestly say that I have never seen such a blatant (and poorly executed attempt) to damage our excellent reputation.
