The worst estate agents I have ever dealt with. Currently going through a dispute to get my deposit back as I have been charged for natural wear and tear i.e sun damage to the curtains etc. Lucy Sinclair who works for jjFox accused me of stealing from the property even though I had told her several times that I did not steal anything she didn't believe me but then later found the item hidden under a bed? I have also been accused and charged for items that wasn't even at the property in the first place and they are not stated in the inventory, that is why I am disputing the matter to get my deposit back. They also let the property out to me, my partner and 3 young children knowing that the fire alarm and carbon monoxide detector did not work.
