My review is basically echoing what others posted already:
1. poor management
2. poor communication
3. lots of promises but hot air and never done.
I decided I will publish the whole paper trail now so others are warned or may need this for future reference.
Simply here are a few things but this is not exhaustive: the key code is still the same as ever to enter the door although flats have changed hands many times. After pressing a lot we managed to arrange for an annual meeting, needless to say it took part onceƒÂ¢‚€¦..and lots of things were agreed: none executed (one of them was the issue with the key code at the entrance door, another one that there is no house number or name at the road side which makes it difficult when booking a cabƒÂ¢‚€¦.and if you need one due to work many times a week this is causing a lot of problems). Apart from that there are endless issues: such as stating fortnightly cleaning but only delivering bi-monthly cleaning, the lease also stated clearly that apartment windows are to be cleaned by ourselves but noƒÂ¢‚€¦..we have someone coming around cleaning the windows and pay for thatƒÂ¢‚€¦..the front door was to be stripped and repaintedƒÂ¢‚€¦although totally damaged and would have better been replaced: and now sit down and lough out loudƒÂ¢‚€¦..it has been painted over on the outsideƒÂ¢‚€¦..
the other key problem is communication and as I can see from these reviews many of you have the same problem: you call or email but no one is calling back! But worse, it seems they think we all don't talk, so invariably I was told I'm the only one who is not happy.
So if you want more details, I am happy to post, send or by any other means send you my paper trail.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Stick to the rules: i.e. if you state fortnightly then provide the service fortnightly, same for service that are told we have to do ourselves we should not be charged for. When agreeing to hold regular meetings then do so.
but to be honest, a company that is outsourcing every service including accounting- what can there be improved?
