A proactive agency, giving us feedback quickly after each viewing. Both Shanelle and, in particular, Tom liaised on many occasions between buyer, solicitors and ourselves in order to try and speed up the process. We found them very helpful and professional. We would recommend highly this branch of Pattinsons.

As a buyer im having the same issue, placed a good offer on the property and the next day it was listed for auction. Went for another viewing and the home owners werent even aware of my offer! And told they should sign the property into auction. Now the sellers are contracted in the auction terms (making way more money) and my offer will cost me 1k more if i was to go ahead! Criminals. Worst customer service and the biggest thieves! ...

What agent could do to change your mind?
Offered advice that was in my best interests as their paying client. Been honest with potential buyers. Advertised my house correctly on website and board outside house. Been competent with their communication.Attached Filesnbsp;
