I've been their customer for 2 years. It is terrible experience to deal with this agent however I'm living with my wife and a new born so it is really difficult for us to move again. Anyway here's why it is terrible.
1. They charges me 250 pound admi fee each time I renew my contract, which is 6 months long. Once they only allowed me a three months contract saying that the landlord was withdrawing the property, but after three months they told me that the landlord changed his mind and I could stay. However, as always, they charged me admi fee for renew the 3 months contract.
2. The maintenance service is horrible. Our water boiler can only work manually for more than a year, which means no hot water in the morning; the sink disposal unit has been leaking for half an year now and we are collecting the leaked water by a pan. Dozens of calls have been made but they always reply that the landlord has to think about it.
3. The house inspection is brutal and rude. This guy came at 8:00am in the morning, knocked the door heavily, despite that I mentioned earlier by email that we have a baby sleeping. After came in, he searched the rooms like a dog and talked loudly, which forced me to interrupt him several times. As I didn't allow him to search the room where my baby was sleeping, he made me another inspection appointment.
