Central Heating was installed in January, Between the contractors and Premier Let they forgot to get gas installed to the property at the same time! The contractor swears blind that his job was to install the radiators etc and not to arrange for gas to be piped into the house, I believed him. They have influenced the owner to serve a notice to quit as I started to ask for compensation for running expensive convection heaters in the winter. They have a bad reputation in this area, and I can see why.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Been more professional, polite and much more fair. Made more effort to give deposit back in reasonable time. Made sure landlord was registered as is legally required. Less intrusive re 3 month inspection.
