I spoke to these Agents on 3 separate occasions and emailed them a week after each telephone call to confirm my request for them to manage my property.
I have not received a response to all 6 communications over a period of a month.
Why would I have them manage my property if they can't get the common courtesies right?
If my Tenant has a problem how can I trust the Agent to follow up on the problem as they haven't responded to my 6 communications?
What agent could do to change your mind?
Respond to at least one of my six communications.
