Avoid at all cost, very incompetent, unprofessional, no communication skills at all.
They give false information, they ignore any questions you raise with them and harass you.
Don't deal with these morons, they are only after your money, totally useless when anything goes wrong should be shut down.

Seems that you want everything for nothing , fees are on every document, and by the language on the e mail you obviously are not a nice person , don't think anyone would want to deal with you No doubt they have a complaints procedure and assume you have made a complaint then and if they have not given you all the factual information you will have nothing to worry about , apart from the obscene information ...
