Appalling service. They fail to deal with significant issues in a professional manner and do not take the relevant steps in relation to security and building management issues. They failed to secure the building promptly when the front door was damaged and were unaware of relevant legislation/regulations which resulted in unnecessary time and expensive being spent.
Most of the updates are unnecessary and irrelevant, eg what happens when you fail to pay management fees and staff holidays, and could be sent via email instead of post to minimise time and expense.
This is not a bad review as a result of a one off issue, but due to continuing poor service.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Prompt responses, knowledge of relevant legislation/regulations, polite responses and taking issues seriously.
