Bradleys team sold our house in 4 days, at just short of the asking price. The buyer was sound and waited for 9 months till we found a property. We were kept up to date with what was happening and all of the staff in the office seemed on the ball.
Comment on agent fees
Estate agents seem to charge high fees for what seems little work, but we only had 3 viewings, if the sale hadn't happened so easily then I can understand the cost.
