The agent was contacted to resolve a late payment issue from a new tenant - The tenant's payment was late by 3 days before I contacted the agent. The agent was helpful and informed me that they would notify the appropriate branch to chase the tenants payment. Two days later I have been advised that the tenant has made a payment via bank transfer.
