We were lucky enough to purchase our first property through Ryder and Dutton. We were supported from start to finish by the whole team including arranging the mortgage right through to picking up the keys.
Caroline at Ryder and Dutton was great at supporting us through our first buying experience, updating us and guiding us with what we should be doing and the stages we were at. Her contact was brilliant, she always kept us reassured and aware of every process and next step.
After a bumpy start with securing a mortgage Peter stepped in and was fantastic at getting us exactly what we needed. He really supported us and had our best interests at heart. He listened took note and made sure we got the best deal for us. We put our trust in him and he really looked after us. Liz (Peter's Assistant) was fantastic at looking after us keeping us up to date and generally making us feel well looked after. She was always a reassuring voice at the end of the phone.
Thanks to Caroline, Peter and Liz we today have collected the keys for our first property and couldn't be happier.
We would definitely recommend Ryder and Dutton to friends and family and we will be using their services again.
