Where do I start. This branch is a shambles...

We put our property on the market with William H Brown because they sold the property to us and seemed to be very competent and efficient however this wasn't the case. From the start it sended that the staff were more concerned with pleasing the potential buyers than helping us.

Our first complaint was when I popped home from work in the day to pick something up to find prospective buyers waiting outside the house house. After questioning what was happening it turned out that no one from William H Brown had turned up. I called the office who reassured me that someone was on their way so I started the viewing. An hour later and still no sign of the estate agent. I called again and they told me that someone had done the viewing... I said yes I did. They told me that wasn't true but after speaking to the manager it worked out the estate agent who was due to come didn't turn up at all but they wasn't sure where he was. I wonder how many times they have done this?

The next complaint was when another estate agent from the same office done a viewing and double bolted our front door locking me and a baby out of the house when we arrived home late. We had to break into our own house.

This branch are rude and incompetent. I would not recommend anyone to use William H Brown of Dereham


I haven't named names. The only person who I will mention is Michael who was the only reason we stuck with them for nearly a year.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Complete overhaul. Change in attitude Educate staff. Some manners wouldn't go a miss too!

Fees were cheap but they arent worth a penny. Rather pay a bit more to avoid this branch.
