Really bad attitude. Bad handling of deposit. He will promise the whole world with you before signing the contract but after signing the contract you have to call several times to get the work done. he sends cowboys to fix your problems and then accept you to pay for them.
Lie about the division of property.

If I will start writing there are long stories about his miss management. But just to be careful from Mr AJ.
What agent could do to change your mind?

We always discuss the requirements and point out main points while viewing the property. We always make things clear before signing the contract and complete the initial requirements before moving anyone in. We the check the property thoroughly when carrying out inventories. Our deposit is always secured within 14 days from the start date of tenancy agreements if we have received a deposit under a tenancy agreement. Applicants accept and sign the documents that they have seen the property and accepted in a state it is in. All our properties are well maintained. But if some clients, after moving in request unnesassary things which always not agreed before moving would be turned down and we will not be able to make any major changes in the property. Once tenants move out we carry check out inventory and any damages caused due to negligence of tenants would have to be deducted from there deposit. Even then we waive off any small damages and we get those damages fixed from our own end. We never charged any tenant unfair and we always show proofs (check in and check out pictures) before making any deductions.
Even then if you believe you have been charged unfairly you can request the Branch Manager to review your case and we would be more than happy to look into it and would try our utmost to resolve the issues. All our tradesman are corgi and registered tradesman, our clients satisfaction and safety is our primarily concern.
