i sold a 3 bed terraced house that was at the top end of the market for that area and type of property.
I had initially tried out a different estate agent, and after months of nothing switched to Ryder and dutton.
As I had previously listed it elsewhere I had a good idea of what bad service is, which is something we never had with R & D.
They were open to any ideas I had and always were professional in their approach.
We sold the house and the one thing that stood out was them being on top of the situation at all times.
I would definitely use them again, although I doubt I will be putting myself through house selling stress for plenty of years to come .
They might not be the cheapest but in this case you get what you pay for.
