The service provided by Hollie at Ryder and Dutton Broadway has been fantastic. We couldn't have been happier with the quick process and ease! We viewed the house and loved it so we applied. As soon as we got our application in the work started and didn't stop up until us getting the keys. We were contacted every few days with the progress of our application and updated with everything. We knew what was going on all the time. Hollie arranged a booking for a time that was convenient for us both and then when we noticed we had an earlier time convienient for us both she changed our appointment for signing the contract and picking up the keys. Hollie went through all the paperwork and explained anything that may have been unclear, asked if there was anything else we needed to know. She also assured us that should we need her at any time, to just call the branch and she will be with us as soon as possible. I believe it is Hollie and Katherine that maintain this property however, I think it was Hollie that has done ours. Either way I'd like to say a big thank you to everyone, especially Hollie for making everything so easy for us! Much smoother move for us than the previous!
