We rented a property with Century 21 Ilford for 6 months. We decided to leave at our 6 month break clause because of the terrible service we were receiving from employees within the company.
We tried to communicate with century 21 as often as possible about the status of the propert but we barely received replys to our concerns. When we were moving out we were very ill-informed about the check out procedure by our property manager and we had to pay extra because of it. When communicating with the team that deals with the finances we were appalled at the way we were spoken to. When asked to be sent a copy of the companies policies and procedures we were denied and told it wasn't necessary. We are extremely disappointed with the service we received from Century 21 and we won't be using their business again.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The communication between the tenants, agent and landlord could be improved significantly by keeping all parties up to date and communicating regularly.

In response to your issues raised; after looking into the matter I can see via call logs that you were always kept up to date on works. It is important to ensure that clients are aware of the steps taken along the way.

We have also communicated with the landlord who is happy with our management service and it must be understood that management of a property can become complicated when managing expectations of (occasional) conflicting opinions.

We always appreciate feedback as this is the only way we can improve and ensure our clients have the best experience we can provide.
