The overall experience with James Griffin Letting is pathetic. When I called their office to follow-up on a problem with the property, the sales director was constantly asking me to leave the property and abruptly ended discussion by hanging up the call while I was talking. I have sent numerous emails hoping to get the things done, but didn't receive any response from them.

Apologies if you feel your overall experience with James Griffin Lettings is pathetic, you called the office asking if the landlord or ourselves would pay your electricity bill because you felt it was too high. We have responded always efficiently to any maintenance requests you have reported however it is the responsibility of the tenant to pay the rent and utility bills at the property.
We only stated that if you were finding it too expensive to stay at the property you were welcome to give two months notice at the break clause date.
