Tenants left property after 10 months in really bad order including dog poo on decking and dog vomit on carpet too much to mention we went for a single claim and after them having all photos and a exit report they awarded the tenant 45% of the deposit back. Tell me that this is fair.

Disgusting!!! They don't deserve any stars at all. I have sent all the legal documents over 2 weeks still waiting for my deposit. When ever I called they said they don't know when will I receive the money. Very disappointing!! Never use their services again

Ridiculous service which is heavily biased towards landlord/agent. Landlord gets an unlimited time to withhold deposit whereby if I don't respond to an email within 14 days, the disputed amount automatically gets defaulted and transferred to the landlord. I wont ever be a tenant again ...

Terrible company, Do not respond to any emails if you phone them and ask they why "they are always behind" delay after delay still waiting for my deposit back off a tenancy that ended over 3 months ago... Be warned this company will not respond or be helpful and do everything they can to delay giving you back your money ...
