I would not advise any landlord to use them. They do not reply to telephone calls. They do not respond to tenants problems. Frankly their service is very poor and they tell lies and take the side of tradespeople without consulting with landlords. I will certainly not use them again after hearing the dissatisfaction of tenants problems not beibg dealt with either. You pay for a management service for nothing.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have replied to messagesto call back on the answerphone.
The agent could have replied after e-mails were left.
The agent should be giving the management service to landlords and tenants as expected of them to solve problems when they occur and to be proffessional in their manner and polite.
