Good Afternoon !!!
I want to say a ''big Thank You'' to Choices Agency from CRAWLEY,because they let me homeless and as well without money.I want to say ''THANK YOU'' for the untrained and unprofessional way of dealing my case to HOLLY and as well to the Manager LISA(HO ARE VERY HAPPY BECAUSE THEY TOOK MY 500‚£ AND MAKE THE COMPANY MORE RICH)...GOOD JOB LISA AND HOLLY!!!
THE STORY IN FEW WORDS:
I was living in a sharing house with my fiance,and the landloord give notice on the 1 of february to the boy ho was renting the house : ''we need to move from the house until end of march''...so we have take the decision to rent our own house because my sister and brother in law told us in the future they will want to come in UK as well for working(at the end of march or half of April).the first agency we have gone was Choices from Crawley.there we have meet Holly,and we ask her about details wich was needed for doing the deal...we have explained our situation and as well what we are looking for...she said streight away :'' i have in this moment 2 houses,which can be on you'r taste'- 1 in bewbush and 1 in ifield,if you want you can see them today''...i was surprised how quickly they are dealing,so i have accept to see the propertys in same day...after we have seen them i said i am interested for the property from bewbush,so she said streight away to give her 500‚£ for keeping our property (with me i was having 200 ‚£ ,and the rest of 300 ‚£ i have give them after we came back home)...i explain the situation how much salary me and my fiance are taking and she said everything is more then ok...after she said she needs the reference for my sister and brother in law and they are charcing for each one of 90‚£ (and for me was strange why they are asking the reference for some people wich ''maybe'' they will come in uk in the future.maybe our sincerity was the key of failing)...we said ok,we will pay as well the references for them,in the hope to show we are good people and treated in a professional way de transaction...all good 2 weeks,i have bring them all the papers wich required for doing our reference,and every time i was asking if need something more to not having problems,and theyr answer was ''YES',it's no problem''...before to move with one weak start the big problems: HOLLY called us to telling us we need a garantor.and i said ,why i need a garantor,and why she haven't tell us from the beggining?if she was saying from the start it is possible to need a garantor,i was refusing to make a deal,because i was knew i don't have a garantor...HERE came the best TRAINED part of HOLLY: '' u can bring as a garantor the boy ho is paying the bills in the house''...done,i have succed to make my tenanant to help us,and to be our garantor.i have bring him,he have discuss about term and condition with holly,and he was agree to help us....everything good,until now.BEFORE 2 DAYS to pay everything (3460 ‚£ :references,deposit,1 month in advance) and to move in the new house,HOLLY called again saying '' your garantor is not good and we need a landloord''.From were the God i should bring a landloord (this was on 26 March,and the date of moving was 28)...i said to her,i don't have a landloord as a garantor,and she said don' worry we will resolv the problem.
On 27 she called us ,saying she have speek with her manager LISA,and her proposal was to offer the 6 months rent in advance (7500‚£)...from where i should bring this money...
On 27 afternoon,Holly told us it is possible to lose our money and as well the house----(HOW IS THIS POSSIBLE,to remained without money and as well HOMELESS?) ....i explained to her,it's not normal what is happening,and she said she will resolv the problem,and need to speak with her director (i don't know his name).
In the day we normal supposed to move on 28 she called us to give her theyr last option: '' one more month in advance...so from 3460‚£-became 4680‚£,money which i was not having in that time''....i came at the agency with my fiance to discuss with THE MANAGER LISA.And she said if we don't have that amount of money we will lose our 500‚£ and as well the house...and i said to her: ''ok the transaction,haven't been done.but i want my money back 500‚£''...and she said it's not possible to have my money back...i explained to her,she have let us homeless but at least give us the money back (because that money are half of the salary of my fiance)...she said '' i don't care,the money we can not give u back...i said to her,i don't want to go for making complains,i just want my money...HER REPLY: '' YOU CAN GO TO COMPLAIN WHERE U WANT BUT THE MONEY BACK ,YOU WILL NOT RECEIVE THEM'' (GOD,AND PROFESSIONAL WAY manager LISA)...

In this case i send a email to MS Stephanie Prior ,and her reply was: ''i will investigate the case ,and we will send u an answer as quick as possible''---- has passed already 1 month and the results of '' investigation'' haven't came back,even if i send more messages to her....
I was trying to end in a good and professional way,but it's seems we are treated like donkeys.FIRST STEP: POLICE; SECOND STEP: CAB...AFTER THIS TWO (IN CASE I WILL NOT RESOLV THE PROBLEM) IT WILL BE TPOS,lawyer,HUMAN RIGHTS....I WILL GO WHERE I NEED TO CLAIM MY MONEY BACK,AND ONLY FOR THE FACT the MANAGER LISA WAS LAFFING IN THE TIME WHEN MY FIANCE WAS CRYING FOR THE SITUATION AND BEGGING FOR OUR MONEY BACK

WHAT CAN I SAY MORE: THANK YOU CHOICES BECAUSE YOU LET PEOPLE WITHOUT MONEY AND HOMES !!!!
