Jenny Rayner has been very polite and courteous in my communications with her. She has responded to my queries very promptly, answering my questions (no matter how mundane) in a clear, patient, and helpful manner. This has made my experience of using Reeds Rains Property Management Services convenient and stress-free.

Intially I felt I did the fully management part and found it very stressful- from March 2014- Feb 2015 prior to Rachael feel I should have paid less, as I had to speak to contractors etc as Richard was very disorganised. In fact I feel it would not have been 'fully managed' during this time, so should have been less. A lot of stress for a first time landlord- which if I had someone efficient intially would have helped. With Rachael- excellent value for money- happy to pay that fee.

The amount of start up fees are colossal. Each 6 month contract negates the first months rental income. each new contract has a check in fee and a check out fee of ‚£100 each time - ridiculous.
