My partner and I bought our apartment in Coventry three years ago, when we purchased from David Wilson Homes, from the handover date we have had nothing but problems, any fault with the property seems to be the biggest and most expensive problem in the world, the initial problem cam was with our electronic entry system, this broke with a few months of the property being built, with a clear problem of water ingress, Solitaire was told about this over and over, eventually they came and repoaried the fault and not the cause, this occured over and over again, and everytime they were told that the cause needs to be repaired but this only happened about a month after the warranty ran out, so we then landed a bill for thousands of pounds which there is now an on-going dispute over. Solitaire is most definately the worst company that i ever have had the dis-pleasure of dealing with, they are clueless as to how to deal with faults/customers and contractors, there communications are apalling to the point of being rude and they are vastly over priced for the service they provide. I could go on and on but i will just make my blood pressure rise...keil
