I found the service at KFH absolutely terrible. The property that we moved into turned out to be a nightmare and when we contacted KFH they would ignore our emails and calls. We could ring the office 10 times a day and every time the agent was always on the phone/out of the office/busy and they wouldn't call back. It added so much unnecessary stress to our lives. They additionally never once gave us the required 24hrs warning for a property viewing and would often contact us 30 minutes before a viewing, even on Saturday mornings. Getting the deposit returned was a horrific experience and ultimately I implore you never to go with KFH.
What agent could do to change your mind?
The agent could have responded to our numerous calls and emails. They could have sorted out the numerous problems in the flat. They could have returned the deposit in a timely manner.
