They have a horrendous system by where they do not take the property off the market once an offer is excepted. They continue viewings, present offers to the seller and tell you it is a survey Rush where whoever gets the lenders survey booked first wins

Initially I was happy when I found the property. However they have made it a nightmare. They change stories, try and stick to the new stories even though evidence in writing from themselves are visible. You have to chase them up constantly to do ANYTHING! ...

Do not deal with this agent. I was a landlord of theirs for 5 years who like many believed their 6 monthly inspections were reliable. I had bad luck with a council tenant they appointed who i eventually had to pay the courts to evict by bailiff ...
