We purchased a property through Unico and found them to be extremely professional, informative and supportive. Moving house is always a stressful process and Unico definitely did their best to minimise stress levels for us. We dealt with Valeria throughout the transaction who is very personable and efficient. She was quick to answer any queries, kept us fully in the loop at all times and did a great job chasing up and down the chain to make sure completion happened within everyone's required timescales.
