I had a problem with bathroom water leakage. I called Brinckleys management team, where Caroline Hodson dealt with my complain. First she asked me what was the the issue and she asked me relative questions in order to determine if it was urgent , semi urgent or regular issue. Then updated me progress of issue till it was sorted. I have called her on different times and days, i found one thing is common that she was always had positive approach and in good mood. I would conclude my summery by rating Caroline Hodson and brinckley 1 to 10 ..... where is 1 is poor , and 10 is out standing

updating and progress check on on going issue 9
