Laura managed the sale from start to finish and was always polite and keep me well informed with the progress. My husband works overseas and understood the admin issues this caused. Laura also went above and beyond in regard to chasing various solicitors in the chain. She was also helpful in moving the process along with the other people in the chain. I would definitely recommend her to family and friends.

The error was 100% on your side as I wrote the appointment down while on the telephone and would not make an appointment for a day I knew we could not make. The estate agent tried covering the mistake by saying they had spoken to my husband the day before but this never happened. I understand mistakes can be made but the estate agent did not care and made out like it was us in the wrong and I can 100% say I always write appointments down at the time of making to them as I am extremely efficient ...
