I live on the South Coast so buying in Manchester seemed a bit daunting at first, but the whole process from viewing and bidding at the auction, through to completing the purchase, has been a far smoother process than I could have imagined. Any problems were swiftly dealt with and I am now about to complete on my second Manchester property with Edward Mellor. I have dealt with Rebecca and Emma throughout, their knowledge and professionalism has proved invaluable and I have built up an excellent working relationship with both of them who are completely tuned into my needs and expectations.
