Seconding the review of 'tenant1', from start to finish Merryweathers are some of the most useless and arrogant people I have had the misfortune to deal with.
Most if not all correspondence goes unanswered, and when you do finally manage to get hold of someone you are talked to with such thinly veiled contempt and a clear sense of exasperation at the fact that a lowly tenant should have the audacity to bother them. In their little bubble their landlords and themselves can do no wrong, no matter how catastrophic the series failings might be that have led to the house you have been occupying slowly falling apart around you and the subsequent issues that result. You are a lowly tenant and therefore everything is your fault. Why, you should be grateful they've graced you with a roof over your head, even if the roof has been falling apart with rain leaking in to your bedroom for several months.
Don't be conned by the shiny veneer and fake smiles, they're no better than all the third-rate dodgy landlords, they just do a better job of hiding it.
