The company have been my agents since 2001 and have generally been efficient. Emma Mander and Sue Mushet particularly helpful.
however last year there were some problems in relation to notices issued to a tenant and i worried that different departments were not working together.
Since Lucy Davies took over managing my properties, assisted by Asrar, I really feel that they are communicating with me well and sensibly on all issues, as well as dealing competently with tenants and maintenance. I would like to thank and recommend this team.
