I had a very good response with viewers as soon as my house was put on the market.
I was advised of who was viewing and when by phone texts from other members of the team which was very useful.
As soon as an offer was made, and accepted by me after discussions with the agent, things stopped. Communication was poor and the only way i could find out what was happening was to phone or call in at the branch. Unfortunately this sale did not happen as the prospective buyer could not be found.
Communication became better during the final stages of the sale after a positive offer was accepted.
Clients need to be advised of what is happening rather than having to chase up themselves.
