My praise for this company is two fold. Firstly i must thank Phillip Lingard & Jason Taylor for the sale of a flat in Limehouse. The property sold within four days. I personally reviewed other properties in the area that were for sale or had sold., so i knew the price was right. Who can be dissatisfied with a full price offer?
I have other property that Franklyn James has managed since 2005. The team has secured me good tenants rarely loosing a weeks rent . Gary Atkins/Paul van Halle have maintained my property in good order using their experience to keep costs down.Invaluable help. Joanna Socko keeps good accounting practice & has been on hand to explain any financial/tax questions.
Many estate /management agents have a poor reputation ,this cannot be said of Franklyn James of Narrow St E14.
Comment on agent fees
Like all fees its the cost of doing business. If the company works for & keeps you informed then its money well spent. Cheap is invariably expensive in the long run.
