This is the worst company I have ever had to deal with. A complete lack of communication and false promises. The art of passing the buck and futile excuses has reached levels that a third world dictator would be proud of.
If anyone is waiting payment for monies owed don't expect prompt payment. In my experience they have total disregard for any actions made to gather a simple monthly payment.

Beware! Beware! We recently agreed to purchase a property in Edinburgh and Rettie & Co. were the selling agent.
To cut a long story short, we were gazumped and Rettie did very little to help!
