This is the worst letting agent in Hounslow area I believe. Before signing the agreement, they will promise you moon but once you sign the agreement, forget about getting any reply from them. No matter how you contact, they will hardly bother about your issues. I spent enormous amount of time and wasted all my energy to get things done which they should have addressed without any follow up.

These guys are thugs. I had night mare experience during covid 19 situation. they are cons .pursuing complaint at legal ombudsman. I won't spare these scum bags.

Kindly note that legally, letting agents need to publish information about their tenancy fees, government-approved redress schemes and client money protection schemes on their website and on third party websites (on which agents are listed). For properties to lease/rent in England, agents need to keep this information up to date and precise on allAgents or specify within the property description.
