Both Loren Eginington and Anna Dredge were most helpful in their communication during the purchase of our new house. We were in constant updates of the situation throughout the whole procedure. I was sorry to see Anna leave the company as she had been excellent in helping us to understand the sales procedures. When Loren took over, she also provided us with support every step of the way. Thanks to Helmores for making our purchase straightforward.

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
