I am a current tenant and am becoming increasingly dissatisfied with the (lack of) service offered. Very responsive when viewing the property and keen to stay in touch when chasing us to sign the lease, but alas has been downhill ever since.

When reporting problems with the property they are slow to react and do not keep you updated with progress on sorting the issues at all, which has required lots of chasing and is extremly frustrating. The worst part of their service is the arogance of some of the staff when you call, with an attitidue and tone that a) trys to make you feel stupid, and b) that they are somehow doing you a massive favour by helping with any issues - something which is part of the role they are being paid for.

Do not belive the "any problems, just give us a bell and we'll sort them straight away" rubbish you'll get when looking at a new property.

Shame as as the property itself is good, but would suggest avoid using them if you can.
What agent could do to change your mind?
Been any good and particulalrly Peter not being so rude on the phone (could forgive once as him having a bad day), but has happened on every occation when we have called.
