Crabtree manage an adjacent block with car parking spaces owned by separate leaseholders. When the new block freeholder wrongly sought to claim service charge for the period before its ownership, Crabtree wrongly attributed undisputed payments to the historic disputed historic claims. This gave the erroneous impression that the historic claims were paid and the undisputed payments in arrears. This poor practice was challenged twice without response. A final request for Crabtrees complaints procedure was also ignored.
