Dealing with Crocker Lettings is a nightmare! contacted them many times about issues with the flat and nothing gets done. Had a boiler issue for a long time and it took them ages to get someone out, the more nothing was done the worse it got. I had to get someone I know to take a look at it myself because I was desperate, it was winter and cold. When they looked at it they said it was dangerous to be running so had to put a red warning sticker on and turn it off, they said they will contact Crockers and inform them and said they will replace the part that's faulty though never heard anything. I kept on and on but they never seem to care! they did not use the guy I got round in the end they used some another boiler man and he replaced the part but said it could go again. The flat also does not have openings in the flue which I was told is not good because they can't check the pipes and they have to urgently get this done, again they said they will inform Crockers but nothing! so emailed them and still nothing! now its leaking from the flue right next to where my partner sleeps which is a result of them not making openings so the boiler man can check it, if they sorted this sooner they would have seen the problem and fixed it which could have saved the owner money. Now the boiler has packed up again over the weekend and its linked to the pipes being burst in the flue which I told them about ages ago and it means a new boiler and the pipes need fixing now but until Crockers give them the go ahead i'm having to sit in the cold until it gets fixed.

The owner is selling the flat now so have been looking for a place to live, I saw the owner who is very nice and mentioned that I painted the fence which I got permission to do from Crockers though when I told the owner she said they never told me!! just shows how bad the communication is.

Will never use Crocker Lettings again I find them rude and very unprofessional and to turn round and say that's the first I have heard about the problem, I did not get through on the phone after ringing many times so I emailed from the website but heard nothing! I also told the inspected who came round about the flue but she did not think it was a worry. Its not just me who contacted them so did the boiler men they said it urgently needs doing the flue.
