We have had several issues with this estate agent; bad communication concerning their in house policies, erroneous facts concerning our let agreement, misleading directions when and how to pursue our desired tenancy, dreary delays to fix our central heating and our radiators due to their lack of organisation and poor office management, and finally and most shockingly, a seemingly utter disregard for their clients satisfaction. Not only will we not be staying past our minimum let requirement (as we have already informed them of our departure date) but we would have been much happier to take our business elsewhere had circumstances permitted. In short, if you have the opportunity not to do business with these horrible people, we would advise you to go elsewhere. We already have.

What agent could do to change your mind?
Returned calls, not lie to cover their backs regards not attending appointments and behave in a professional and decent manner.
