To whom it may concern,

When I decide to write this complaint email about Thamesview (Richmond & Kingston), I found out the frim is ranked at the 10995 of 13073 agents in the UK, shown on the allagents.co.uk, which does not surprise me at all about the negative comments and many tenants experienced the same thing as I did

Their management is a mess, and I do not know why they have so many people from this firm who we had communicated with in the past less one year:Sam Halfpenny, Sarah-jane Cook, Margaret Jones, Josie Graham, Jeremy Patrick, Donna Puttock, Brett Stumbilich, Tamara Lynn, James Mooney, Tom Dennis-Jones, and Jackie Morris. 11 People have serviced me and how I am 'flattered' by them. How unprofessional this firm is.

Back to my experience, Thamesview hided the truth of their contractor ((Just Property Management, 'JPM' in the following)'s inefficiency ineffectiveness and non-profession from the the landlord and they had caused massive unnecessary cost for the landlord by listening to the stupid JPM's wrong judgement and suggestion. However, the landlord cannot hear the real story from us directly and the landlord is kicking me out without renewing my AST.

The first accident started from the blcokage of sink. After we reported, they send a plumber to come who don't know nothing and then a drain specialist which did not have the equipment as well. After I suffered the bad smell and cannot use the kitchen to cook for my children for few days.I called out a drain specialist myself finally, and the problem solved. Thamesview directly asked me to afford the cost since they showed me the AST terms. However, I fight back to show the report from the engineer which shows the accumulation of goose needs at least 2 years, and at that time, we just moved in less 3 months. I delayed the rent until they accepted the truth.

The second accident happened on the no supply of hot water for shower. Thamesview appointed its contractor JPM to come. They took few weeks trying to solve it, and could have left my whole family without hot water for shower for the Xmas eve and Xmas if I did not call out a engineer myself on the evening of xmas eve. They refused to afford the cost of ‚£360 this time no matter how we explain to them. The engineer we called out told us that the new tank (JPM replaced for the landlord) is too small and not capable for that kind of size of property at all. He also said JPM probably should not replace the tank based on the stupid truth that he saw when he arrived that the setting on the new tank by JPM is totally wrong. I have not paid the ‚£360 until now.

Thamsview does not want to admit the mistake and the unprofesssional JPM with the landlord, and the landlord does not want to renew our contract at all by saying I delayed our rent. After we tried to get the contact information of the landlord from them, I cannot speak to the landlord till now.

Therefore, a notice was served to me to force me to move out by 18th April 2015. Then I started to look for properties, however, I could not find one till now since Thamsview told other estate agents that we delayed the rent when I am doing the referencing. I do not know where I can live and I will give a birth on 24th March 2015. I have no choice to stay after the AST expires if I could not find a property soon.

I need help from anyone who can help me. It's just to much to stand for anymore about Thameview and Dexters' service.
