I was landlord with the company for around 10 years. I was misled with regards to the deposit scheme which cost me most of the deposit as well as a repair bill for several thousand pounds. Andrews never appeared to know the law. They were evasive regarding my rights.

Whenever I considered raising the rent I was always informed that the tenant did not earn much and I should not raise the rent (which was at least 500 pounds a month below market values).

Lessen learnt. I will never do business with them again

The service was absolutely appalling, unprofessional, rude, not willing to help at all. Only interested in collecting the fee. Will be taking the issue to the property ombudsman. Will definitely not be using their services again and will make sure the PUBLIC are also aware ...
