I met BlocNet founder Bob Suvan yesterday, a man with a background in property who get fed up being ripped off as a leaseholder and decided a few years ago to set up his own property management company. After appointing Blocnet, our service charge actually went up by almost 50% in one year only and is expected to go up again next year! Beware these managing agents are all as bad as each other. Sadly, there is no choice out there...
