I received amazing help for a three month period from Amy as I was looking for a home In U.K. while overseas. I was sent suitable properties by email and then when I returned to the U.K. shown homes the breadth of Devon before I made my choice. Once I had made a choice I was guided through the whole buying process. Anna helped with solicitor suggestions and kept me more informed than my actual solicitor. Her knowledge was outstanding and she sent me the latest regulations on

Covid 19 struck the UK in March 2020, the initial damp was reported in January 2019, and it took till October 2019 to carry out any inspection. A report was passed to Helmores shortly after this in early November 2019. Sadly, the landlords wife did pass also in March 2020. So both incidents you mentioned occurred 14 months after the damp was raised & 5 months after the report.
