David St James were highly inarticulate in relaying any information over to us, and there were lots of mysterious "meetings" wheever we tried to speak to the manager! They dragged their feet in returning a large sum of money to us, and exceeded the 10 day refund period considerably. This wouldn't have been so much of a problem, had they communicated with us in a more frequent and professional manner.

I would not recommend them to my worst enemy.
