Aaron was brilliant and went over and above the call of duty to allow us to view the flat - staying later than he should have done after work. He had a great manner, calm and not too pushy but informative and knowledgable about both the flat and the area - 5/5 stars!
Telisha was pretty good with dealing with a pretty involved referencing process but failed to mention a couple of points which could have slowed the process up even further than it had been by Rentshield Direct. Generally good though.
Worst part of the process was Rentshield Direct's complete and utter lack of clarity on their online form regarding the criteria they use to either pass or fail applicants. Please be clear on this - it has cost me personally time and money. There is no part of their form that allows you to enter details of additional equity such as savings etc.
Comment on agent fees
See above - Rentshield Direct were terrible. I would go to another agent to avoid them. Failure to see outside the box and 'computer says no' attitude made the process painful and required lots of time and effort on my part.
