Hmm. The most important consideration is that Nathan represented the best interests of his client, the vendor and not the purchaser. That was his job and what he was paid for. So I am reviewing from the buyer perspective. Nathan was clear and assertive, but flexible. He managed a 'difficult' vendor dynamic (Nad and Gab splitting up) professionally. He needs to learn how to negotiate in a way that is less adversarial and he needs to 'pause' before firing off emails - this habit weakened his position slightly. I am glad he has addressed his spelling!! He was energetic, available and fair to all parties. Despite being an occasional irritant I would use him to sell any of my properties any day of the week. Well done x
